Choose from two sizes—approximately 500 sq ft or 700 sq ft—each featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a laundry area, and two patio options. Both designs include doors a minimum of 32” wide, with no stairs or steps, allowing for all mobility levels to live comfortably in our casitas. Elevate your casita’s design with your choice of three distinct elevation styles: modern, pitch roof, or flat roof. These plans are pre-priced for quick turnaround, allowing you to expand your living space in 90 days or less.
