Choose between approximately 500 sq ft for $179,000 or 700 sq ft for $197,000. Each plan includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry area, and your choice of two patio options. All doors are a minimum of 32” wide and there are no steps in the design, allowing for those with all mobility levels to live in the home comfortably in our homes. Elevate your design with three distinct elevation styles: modern, pitch roof, or flat roof. These plans are pre-priced and designed for a quick turnaround—90 days or less—allowing you to enjoy your new space sooner.
